Firmware 2019.24.4 Update for Tesla Model 3!

Couple of quick things I noticed while driving the car around just a little while ago
-the brake hold engages way quicker now, like basically right after the car comes to a complete stop rather than having to wait a second
-I didn't see any dancing cars (relatively short drive), BUT, I have read on the forums that the dancing cars are still there
