Tutorial: Build Photo Booth Out of PVC Pipe

Learn how to build a photo booth for your special occasion from scratch!  This build is actually not too hard, but make sure you’re ready to do a lot of cutting of PVC pipe and re-watching this video as there are a lot of steps!  Parts needed for the build and other essentials below!

PVC pipe – all ¾” diameter piping
40” pipe – 5
36” pipe – 18
32.5” pipe – 2
18” pipe – 12
13” pipe – 12
8.5” pipe – 8

Connectors
3 way connector – 10
3 way T connector – 16
2 way connector – 2
4 way connector – 8

-Drapes/curtains from Joann’s or any fabric store – make sure to buy fabric to create the pipe holders and enough curtain to cover the top of the photo booth.
-48” x 15.25” x 0.75” board to place your laptop (with webcam), printer and misc. stuff on.
-Portable light fixture with holders
-Sparkbooth (software we used to make the photo booth come to life)
