Did you guys see the new 2014 Subaru WRX concept car that made its debut at the New York Auto Show? Well if you didn't, the details are under the cut.
At this point, it's mostly the styling we're looking at. Subaru hasn't released much in terms of power and engine. What you see if what you get, possibly. New things are the carbon fiber roof, big hood bulge for the turbo and intercooler, yellow brake calipers and tail pipes and possibly 245 tires wrapped around 20" rims.
This concept is making a lot of noise for the total redesign of the car in my opinion. Doesn't the car look way more exotic now? At first glance, I thought the front looked very Audi-ish. And why such wide tires and snarling tail pipes? Could this mean the engine is getting a beefy boost in power? Why such a big bulge in the hood? Could this also mean more power will be added to this new redesign? Only time will tell. Take a look at the other pictures below.
